FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you accepting new patients?

Most of our providers are seeing new patients. Please call the office for additional details.
 

As a new patient, how soon can I get an appointment?
    1. For acute/urgent care needs we can often see you within the same day or within 1-2 days
    2. For non-urgent check-ups within 1 week
    3. Well Child exams, 1-2 weeks.
    4. Annual physical exams typically book 1-2 months out depending on the doctor
What insurance companies are you in Network with?

Do you accept New Medicare patients?
No, we are unable to see brand new Medicare patients. However, we are able to care for our established patients who become Medicare eligible.
Do you accept Tricare Insurance?
Unfortunately we are unable to see patients with Tricare Insurance although we do sincerely appreciate your military service.
Do you accept Medicaid?
We are currently not accepting new Medicaid patients unless you have been assigned to our clinic by the State of Montana and we have space available to accommodate.
Do you offer a discount for “self-pay” patients?

We do offer a discount for patients with no insurance coverage at all and patients who are part of a ministry health-sharing plan. The discount applies when the bill is paid in full on the date of service.

What do I need to do to have my Medical Records transferred to your office?

Please see the “Forms” tab to print out the Medical Records Release form.  Print, complete, and send to the medical office you are requesting them from.
